A December ice storm didn't stop Kathryn + Tim from enjoying their New Year's Eve winter wedding. We planned well in advance for the possibility of uncooperative weather and chose a location that would allow them creative options for both indoor and outdoor photography (thank-you 1000 Islands Village for granting us access to your property one last time before it is officially converted to an international school - how lucky were we??). Kathryn + Tim really didn't want a whole lot of fuss on their wedding day: Partial day coverage allowed Kathryn + Tim to focus on their First Looks, a few key Family Photos and some personal time to create wedding photos that lean towards dark and dramatic - Kathryn + Tim's style of choice - before taking off to officially tie the knot and ring in the New Year with their guests. A nod of thanks is given to Mother Nature for the perfectly-timed snowfall at the end of coverage - don't fear snow and rain, People: it can provide one amazing backdrop for photos!
