Past maternity and newborn clients, Mike and Alexis, shared with me the privilege of capturing their family photos this weekend. Mike is a Search and Rescue Pilot with the U.S. Coast Guard -- Blake looks like he's totally comfortable and ready to follow Dad's lead. Alexis, Mike and Blake: it has been my true pleasure working with you. I will continue to watch Blake grow and develop from afar -- one of the most amazing perks I enjoy in this profession is knowing a child from birth and watching them grow up before my very eyes. Love and hugs to all three of you wherever your Coast Guard path may take you.

This Hunt Family shoot may have been destined to never happen -- but persistence and determination can pay off. You'd never know to look at their cheerful little faces, but these little ones withstood fog, bugs and sand in all the wrong places -- and still came up smiling for more. They were troopers all of them. Thank-you, Hunt Family, for entrusting me with some of your last memories on Cape Cod. I wish you only the best as you embark on your next adventure. xox
Tracy and Pete were my models during last night's shoot. Tracy was on fire with her fiery hair and sassy style; Pete couldn't hold back his genuine smile and would constantly break into a joyous grin -- especially in looking at his lady. What a fun couple to play with. I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed myself as Evan Bourcier and I walked Tracy and Pete through the many paces of the shoot. Thank-you, Tracy and Pete for being so accommodating -- you were fabulous; Evan and I could have photographed you well into the night!
Miracles on earth do exist -- and such is the case with little Chloe and Lyla. So much joy, hope and faith are caught up in these two little beings. Thank-you, Maria, for affording me the blessing of photographing your "girlfriends". xox
